Weight loss

So, as weird as this is to admit, I've thoroughly been enjoying finally eating healthy and working out everyday! As of yesterday I've lost 11.2 pounds since January 8th. I'm pretty excited, but I know there's a whole lot more to go. I was finally able to run a full mile without stopping a couple weeks ago...I've NEVER been able to do that. Hopefully I'll be able to run 5k before summer!! I've done it a couple times since then, but I've been sticking to the elliptical and the "devil" (Jillian Michaels) DVDs lately. I've noticed my endurance is getting so much better and can finally feel muscles forming (under the flab)! I'm hoping that when I'm having a bad day fitness/diet wise I can come look at this and realize what I'm wanting to accomplish and have so far. I'm in this for the long haul, but I know this is for my health and I want to make a lifelong difference! :)
